A: Hi, first, please check if you use the power adapter to charge the console? or have you insert TF card properly? If still don't work, please unplug the device, then insert TF card again, and plug the power adapter again, the problem will be solved usually!
Q: Why the gamepads won't connect to the game console?
A: Hi, first, please check if you insert the USB adapter to game stick USB port? and have you install good batteries? If still not working, you can try to unplug the power adapter, and USB adapter, then plug again!

4. Collection: your favorite games can be added to the collection list.
5. Search: filter the game according to the game name uppercase letters (Note: case insensitive)

Support Downloading Games By Yourself
Step 1：Download game file
Step 2：Connect the TF card to the computer with the card reader
Step 3：Copy the game files to the corresponding folder(the name of the emulator)
Step 4：Insert the card into the game console,connect the game console and turn it on
Step 5：Find your game and start playing(you can use the search function)
Note: Because incorrect downloading steps may damage the source files, we recommend that you back up all the files on the memory card to your computer before downloading the game, so that even if the download is broken, you can format the memory and then copy the original files.
