📦 Return & Refund Policy (For Sellers)

At MightyDollars.shop, we are committed to providing a secure and satisfactory shopping experience for all customers. As a multivendor platform, each seller is responsible for managing returns and refunds of their products in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.


1. General Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) required.

  • Return request must be initiated via the buyer's account dashboard or by contacting support@mightydollars.shop.


2. Seller Obligations

  • Sellers are required to accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • For "change of mind" returns, sellers may choose to accept or reject based on their individual store policy, but must clearly mention their return conditions on their product pages.

  • Return address must be provided by the seller when requested.


3. Refunds

  • Full refunds (including original shipping charges) must be issued if:

    • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

    • The wrong product was shipped.

  • Partial refunds or store credit may be offered for discretionary returns (e.g., "change of mind"), depending on seller policy.

Processing Time: Sellers must issue refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable unless defective or damaged:
❌ Personal hygiene products (e.g., lingerie, underwear, cosmetics)
❌ Perishable goods (e.g., food items, flowers)
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Digital products (e.g., downloads, software)


5. Shipping Costs

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items: Seller is responsible for both return shipping and replacement shipping costs.

  • For "change of mind" returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise specified by the seller.


6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a seller and customer cannot resolve a return or refund issue, the MightyDollars.shop Support Team will intervene.

  • Final decisions on refunds or store credits will be made by MightyDollars.shop based on evidence provided by both parties.


7. Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent return claims, including misuse of the return system, may result in:
❌ Account suspension (buyer or seller)
❌ Withholding of funds
❌ Reporting to relevant authorities if necessary


8. Custom Seller Return Policies

Sellers may offer more generous return terms but cannot impose stricter policies than those listed here.
📢 Example: You can offer 30 days return instead of 14 if you wish.


9. Communication with Buyers

  • Sellers are expected to respond to return or refund requests within 2 business days.

  • Poor communication may result in temporary suspension or negative ratings on the platform.
