Adjust hours: Hold down the button continuously for more than 3 seconds until the hour number starts flashing, then release your finger. Subsequently, with each brief press of the button, the hour digits will gradually increase until they are adjusted to the correct hour in your region.
Adjust minutes: Similarly, press and hold the button again (without the need to re time for 3 seconds, simply press and hold) until the minute number starts flashing. After releasing your finger, press the button briefly each time, and the minute numbers will be adjusted one by one, helping you accurately set to each minute.
Adjust date and month: The adjustment method for date and month is the same as adjusting hours and minutes. Just follow the above steps, when the screen displays the date or month, long press to activate the adjustment mode, briefly press to adjust one by one until the correct date and month are set.
